Return policy
- Return Period: bigflash.lk must be told within 03 days for Electronics & 07 days for Lifestyle
brands of receiving the item to be eligible for return. - Item must be within the original packaging with tags intact within the same condition it
absolutely was delivered in. - Items returned after the Return Period has lapsed won’t be accepted.
- Items to be returned are the only real responsibility of the customer until they reach us, and
customer must ensure items are properly packed to stop any damages on the way to us. Items

Refund policy
- A full refund will only be provided within the event a replacement unit for the size/specific
model isn’t any longer available. The refund won’t include any delivery charges borne by the
customer for return of item. - All refunds are processed within 03-05 working days. Processing refunds back to your credit
card/ checking account may require time beyond regulation betting on the bank thanks to its
own operational time that royaldeals.lk won’t be responsible. - Within the event of change of mind, the customer is simply entitled to a credit note for the
worth of their purchase. Bigflash.lk won’t be issuing refunds for change of mind purchase.
Replacements
- Any damages or product fault identified after delivery, should be told via an email within 24
hours of delivery to support@bigflash.lk with the order NO. (Customer must attach supportive
photos). - If a product issue is discovered after 07 days, bigflash.lk must be told within the product’s
warranty period to be eligible for replacement or repair. the merchandise is collected by our
team within 02-03 working days and sent to the service center to spot the problem. - The customer are notified within 03 (Minimum) and Maximum of 18 working days whether or
not they are eligible for repair or replacement. - bigflash.lk isn’t obligated to produce a brand-new unit as a replacement unless there’s a
difficulty with the old unit or it will be repaired.
Warranty claim & Repair
- bigflash.lk must be notified within the product’s warranty period to be eligible for repair or
replacement.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a present when purchased and shipped on to you, you’ll receive a
present credit for the worth of your return. Once the returned item is received, a present
certificate are going to be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a present when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped
to themselves to grant to you later, we’ll send a refund to the gift giver, and he will know about
your return.
Shipping
